Ensure you have a recognised bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks, 60%+ in Class 10 and 12, and the required work experience for the one-year PGM. SOIL currently requires 2+ years of prior work experience, with exceptional candidates considered with 18+ months.

Submit Entrance Exam Score / Take SOIL SAT
Submit an accepted CAT, XAT, NMAT, GMAT or other applicable score. Candidates without a recognised score can take the SOIL Aptitude Test (SAT).
GEPI Process
Shortlisted candidates participate in the Group Exercise and Personal Interview. The process evaluates leadership, teamwork, communication, problem-solving ability and overall program fit.
Final Shortlisting & Offer
SOIL reviews the candidate's overall profile and GEPI performance before issuing the final admission decision and offer letter.
Accept Offer & Pay Initial Fee
After receiving the admission offer, confirm your place by completing the required initial fee payment within the specified deadline. SOIL states that the first instalment is ₹2 lakh, payable within 10 days of receiving the offer.

Bachelor's Degree
A bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised institution with at least 50% marks in graduation.

Class 10 & 12 Marks
Candidates should have scored more than 60% in both Class 10 and Class 12.

Work Experience
A minimum of 2 years of full-time work experience is required by the program commencement date. Exceptional candidates with 18+ months may also be considered.

CAT / XAT / NMAT
Valid scores from recognised entrance exams such as CAT, XAT and NMAT are accepted.

GMAT / Other Scores
SOIL also lists GMAT and other applicable entrance scores for PGPM admissions. Candidates without a recognised score can take the SOIL Aptitude Test (SAT).
