Profile Shortlisting

Design Thinking Workshop
Shortlisted candidates participate in a hands-on Design Thinking Workshop conducted as a Group Exercise. Candidates work in teams to solve real-world challenges, demonstrating creativity, collaboration, communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
Personal Interview
Candidates who progress through the selection process attend a Personal Interview with faculty and industry professionals. The interview evaluates academic background, career aspirations, motivation, communication, leadership potential, and overall fit with SOIL.
Final Admission Decision
SOIL communicates the admission decision after the GEPI process. Candidates may receive an admission offer, be invited for a second interview, or receive a regret communication.
